Viscose is a man-made fabric derived from plant-based raw material. Viscose is very comfortable to wear, much like cotton, but can feel like silk. It is used in a variety of fabrics, from jersey to crepe.
Viscose specifications:
- Made from wood pulp (e.g., eucalyptus, beech, or pine trees)
- Soft, silky, and fluid
- Has a luxurious look and feel
- Lightweight
- Breathable – stays airy in warm weather
Washing Instructions:
- Wash at a low temperature, up to 30°C
- Wash on a delicate cycle
- Turn the garment inside out before washing
- Set the machine on the lowest spin speed
- Aoid tumble dryer and airdry instead
Note:
Viscose has a natural shrinkage when washed. Don’t worry! When you wear the item, it will stretch out again. Alternatively, you can iron it (on a low setting) to help reshape the fabric.
